Insalata di Farro: lentils, mushrooms, cauliflower, zucchini, butternut squash

Vongole Oreganate: breaded clams, roasted & served in half a shell (8 per serving)

Calamari al Forno: fresh squid, dusted with breadcrumbs, spiced & oven baked, with cherry tomatoes
